Mark Eddy, researcher and author, will take a backward look at the Ohio Valley during points between 10,000 and 2,500 B.C. during the next Explore Series event at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29 at the Monroe County District Library in Woodsfield.
Prehistoric studies of the area were of interest to Eddy; he eventually made contact with Dr. Cheryl Classen. She asked him to help her fill in the virtually empty map of the Ohio Valley for the aforementioned time. Eddy’s presentation may cause those attending to see the area in a different way.
His book will be available for purchase.
